Life is hard. But the hardest thing in life is to have a mother that is sick for almost three years now. And spending lots of money for medicine and hospitalization. Seeing her suffer like this. Now we have no money. And we can't but medicine anymore. In despair sometimes I'm thinking of stealing money just to have medicine for her. But same time I know its wrong. Do you think stealing is justified? Or we just let her die?

você deve tentar arranjar outra forma de consseguir o dinheiro, por exemplo arrange um trabalho extra ou peça um aumento de salario ou dinheiro emprestado no banco!

There's a lot of ways to get medical assistance than stealing money. Try to seek help from the Department of Social Welfare and Development(DSWD) or other organizations that offers free medical assistance.

I agree. Have you tried Medicare or Medicaid? There has to be some kind of government program to help you. I don't believe stealing the money would help. You can't help your mother if you are in jail. Good luck!

Hi bulastika, I am really sorry for all the problems you and your mother has to go through. I donot suffer from same problem because my mother is healthy and I hope she never falls sick. About you having no money and i can only imagine that it would be very costly for you, then i would say do not steal money. It is anti religion and law but no religion tells you not to steal medicine for your mother. So why not steal the medicine directly. It would be cheaper and if you ever get caught then i dont think Judge would punish you harshly because human angle & sympathy would come in question and he wont give u any hard punishment.

I agree its always the last resort. But sometimes when theirs no hope you end up doing thanks that even you don't think you can't do if you have money. Right now in five months my mom is in and out of hospital for five months also.

I know life is very hard and it isn't perfect, though life is so hard for some of us we still cannot justify that we will do something that we know that it is wrong because of our circumstances, a we can never be right by doing wrong and we cannot be wrong by doing right, i'm sure there are some ways you can still purchase medicine for your mom, because we are not given trials which we cannot bare.

Where talking about reality in here. And the world is not just. You can't just wait for a stranger to come and give you something. Lets face it. But I don't know if in your country if you go to your neighbor and ask if you can take a loan because your mom need some medicines. But in my country. No body cares.

I am not into a situation, all of us knows that stealing money/things is a Great Sin! I don't want to advise people to steal money to save their love ones lives, instead I want you to Pray harder. Trials are given for us to find good ways to solve it. Everything happens for a reasons, do not give up. Prayer helps a lot. You can ask help to relatives, concern people, or even ask donations. It's hard i know, but there's no such thing as easy as a blink of an eye, even stealing is not an easy thing to do. Be strong enough to face all the consequences. Miracles happens every single minute of the day. Have faith, and everything will gonna be okay. I am hoping for your mothers recovery.

I think, even if I am desperate enough to have money to buy medicines for my mother, I will not steal to have that money and save my mother. I believe that stealing is a crime and also a crime from God's eyes. I believe that it will lead to something not good or what we call, "karma".

I would suggest medical assistance, there are people who understand stories like this and are here to help. You will just have to find the right places to go. For instance I went to the hospital just for an infection. They wanted to charge me a b it over $1000 for just being their for about 30 minutes. I called the assistance number from the hospital and they took care of the entire bill. Number one, I would not have gone there if I knew they would charge that much, and I though I had insurance at the time, but i was in a lot of pain, but i for sure didn't know the bill would be as much. So again ask for assistance. Call customer service at the hopsital and ask them about it. good luck!

My friend, always remember that THE ENDS CAN NEVER EVER JUSTIFY THE MEANS. You can't give your mom medicines which came from bad money. Remember that every corresponding act has its consequence whether it be good or bad. Your mom's condition might worsen if you resort to this idea. Better seek for medical or financial assistance from the government. Im sure that the government has subsidy for cheap or free medicines for ailing people like your mom. Seek and you shall find. Ask and you shall receive. Believe me, it works! =)
