Hello everybody
Does everyone suffer from a back ache as soon as they reach an age of 14. Or is it only me? For a long time, I really have this pain, which continuously irritating me, I can't live without twisting my back in every 10 min. To whichever Doc I show they say it is just an ache and everyone has it. I have tried a lot and have found nothing, And then I thought of yoga, I thought this could bring a change, I well knew surya namaskar, bowing to the sun, When I tried that OMG, my back pains like hell, I tried the Internet and found out a few asanas particularly help back ache, but there are many, I can't do them all and hence decided to request for help from others. And find out their experiences and get to know which are the best asanas that would really help me! I would like to get rid of this pain once and for all.

You should not get backaches at 14, this is not normal. You’ve been to a lot of doctors but I don’t think you’ve been to the correct doctor… you must have done x-rays and if there is nothing wrong there, then yoga can be of help. However, the general poses of yoga (like surya namaskar has) should not cause any pain and can be done by anybody without any prior training. But since your back hurts doing these basis steps, I think you should try and find out a proper yoga trainer or a physiotherapist to help you on this.

Friend if it is so the best way is to go for a medication or else try to do Surya Namaskara completely every day without fail. Especially by doing Surya Namaskara your whole body will work like an engine and it will be so much of active means you will be active for the whole day and once you go to the bed the blood circulation will be in normal which helps you to keep healthy and hence you may not get back ache. But still if you have any concerns then better way to go for medication.

Of course yoga is the best solution. Because due to this you'll be not only physically as well as mentally balanced. Yoga is best. Unfortunatelly my name is Yogesh means god of yoga but i have tried it very less times in the life.
I was taking powder named ashwagandha which is a best powder for back ache. 'musali churna' is also best and natural solution for that. But these plants are mostly found in india so i don't think you can get it. Keep doing yoga

I had back aches mainly due to my scoliosis. I'm not quite sure though if yoga would be a good thing for me. I have tried therapy and it worked for some time. But I had to stop it due to my then busy schedule but now that I have more time, I'm thinking of engaging in another therapy of the same type.

Did you bring this problem to your parents' attention? Having such back pain at only 14 can mean serious problems that need medical help.
I can see you have been to Doctors that says its okay. Do you have this pain in the spine or in the muscles? Have you visit a chiropractic clinic?
They are specially there to handle back pain.
I would suggest you don't try to do any Yoga exercise unless under supervision by a trainer because it would cause you more harm than you can imagine.
Lastly, take note of your posture when sitting, walking or studying at your desk, especially when you are using your computer. Check your bed mattress also to see if it can give you a firm support.

I don't think back ache is a normal for 14 year old kid also twisting your back isn't good either. if you already go to docs and said nothing's problem maybe you can try to see an orthopedist or I suspect you don't drink enough water. I once ever get a so bad back ache because I drink less water each day and then I started to drink enough water especially when I'm at work, then I never had it anymore. I think you need to see the life style you have, you know, like drink enough water, or do you have wrong sleep position also can give you back ache. hope this help ya :)
