Some years before I read a shocking news in the Daily News Paper in Nagpur City. A men raped with a 12 yrs teenage girl and she died due to pain. The mother's have only a single child and she had died no one can understand how feels her mother.
That person was appeared infront of Court and the case is infront of JMFC and all women who was residing in that colony where this incident is tookplace. They all are stand out outside the court to hearing the Court decision.
After hearing both the parties court gives the bail of that culprit. Then when police is coming with that person and they come out from the court suddenly all the women attacks on him and finally killed him. All viewers are present there but no one should interfere on this incident and after that all are saying that is good and well done women. I was also doing the practice as internship but on that day I was in out of station so I cant see this incident. But news paper news saying all these things and everybody says yes it is good and I also think if some women can take the action against this activity or such type of culprit then no men can dare do this.
How can they do this shameless activity why they not afraid from God. Why they not thought next time this may be happened with their sister, wife, childs with any. What you thinks this incident is a lesson for the culprits or women was doing wrong. Put your valuable thoughts.

I also read this news. The reason behind is the system of our country. In this country is is very hard to punsih any person who is influnsive one. Courts are honest one but they depend on the evidance of crime which are colleted by police and some investigation agensies which are not reliable. In recent are you think A.Raja or Kalmari will be punshied in future. What was happend in Nagpur is not good practice for law and order, but it is highest limit of people angres and unrest.

Hi. surekharathi. I think that this man is a monster for raping this twelve year old girl! What is wrong with him! She is still a child! So the women killed him that were inside of the courtroom at this time? I guess he had many haters that wanted to see him suffer just as he has made this twelve year old suffer. My heart goes out to her parents. This is very sad that a grown man could do this to a child, that has not fully grown up yet. How shameful on his part! It is very sad that life is this way for many youngsters. They never really had a chance to finish growing up. How can someone take their life away without any regret or feeling?

It is quite sad for the 12 year old girl. I too agree that many need to take action and fight against such culprits. It is the only way such culprits can be punished. I would not be able to refrain and I would be the first on the marker to fight back.
Sadly some are afraid of further implications but I feel if many stuck together and fought this could be handled as a community.

This really is a very sad and painful act for the girl along with her entire family. I don't know hwy people are so cruel towards mankind that they even don't bother to think about the aftermath of their act. It is indeed an un human act that should be tolerated at no level.

That's so awful so negative, you cannot condone another crime to an another crime that's anarchy it does not fit at all I mean being civilized and to adhere in the rule of law that's murder where is the innocent until proven guilty thing? you could not make a pre-emptive action to a case it would dissolve the very foundation of your law and civility. ok, a crime was committed that is grave and must be dealt accordingly but due processes of law should be obtained by both parties, I'm not a lawyer but I learn Polsci 1 in college.

In most cases, our secular laws are bound by so many restrictions and Indian Penal Code is based on ‘Innocent until proven guilty’…so if there is no actual proof then a guilty person in most cases is granted bail and he can walk away freely…however, in some cases public fury does the job of justice and in this case, I strongly feel that justice was done in publicly thrashing that man. As it is the crime he did was heinous, next he was given bail and could walk out freely. This naturally angered the local women and they took the law in their own hands.

hello dear,
I feel sorry for the mother.
I am also a mother and i have one and only daughter too.
I can understand what the mother feels, and can't blame her for killing the man (also the women who assaulted the man)
This is really sad,yes it's true, why can't those rapists think that they also has sister/s/mother,cousins and relatives who are girls.
I hope this will serve as lesson for the rapists.
thanks for sharing this and hope you had a great weekend

Well, I heard that lynching is acceptable in some cultures, and that man's life is not enough to repay the crime and sin he had committed against the innocent girl. He should have been tortured so he will repent and also to serve as lesson to other men.

i am sad to hear the news about this 12 year old gir who was raped. She has not lived her life yet and there would have been a lot of things that she can do. The man should have been imprisoned for all his life.
