Which is better tablet Ipad, Epad, Apad, Woopad..whatever

I am planning to have my own Ipad but I would like to choose wisely because as what I've heard that Apple Ipad has a clone name Epad, Apad and even Woopad. Ipad is expensive and I read some reviews about it that Epad has a webcam while Apple Ipad dont have. Epad got me hooked up by its price and some other features especially the webcam but I am afraid I'll regret for choosing the cheap one. Does anyone of you owns any of it? Do you have any suggestions and any review regarding this tablets?

For tablet Ease of use would be the ipad, but if you are more adventurous to customize your set, look for android. but get one for either HTC dell or some of the bigger companies as the tablet is better build

Ipad is from apple, htc, dell view sonic all have cone for android tablet pc.
