What's in store for summer?

My favorite season is here once again! I was so thrilled when the month finally hit April and I can already feel the heat because that signaled only one thing... summer! It is such a perfect excuse to go out to the beach, enjoy some dip in the cool blue waters and spend some time with friends. I actually have a few things planned already such as an outing with friends in Camiguin Island this May and a few trips to Samal beach throughout the summer. In fact, I just got back from Isla Reta in Samal, which is close to where I live. The beach was beautiful and it was a great kickoff to my summer.
WHat about you? WHat do you like to do during summer? Do you love the beach as much as I do

If only I have more money, I would love to see Boracay or Palawan. But since I don't have, we can always go to the beach around Mactan Islands. Or if I have enough to send the kids to the south of Cebu (Argao) I will let them spend their vacation in the place just like last year. For me personally, I can't think of something more as I have to continue working.

Wow! I would love to visit either Palawan or Boracay too.. but thankfully, we have access to beautiful Samal beaches here that are almost as good, if not better than these two popular tropical destinations in our country!

Cool. I am not the type of person to go out that often too, but when it gets really hot I think you want to go elsewhere to cool off. It is so much fun, especially with your friends there ;)

I have a camper with my kids at a park that is wonderful...has a great pool..and the best part of it is that I get to spend tons of time with my granddaughter! I will also have vacation...where I don't know yet. I just finished with one week so far. I met my daughter and her family at Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells for a couple of night....it was wonderful!

Wow. that's sounds fun! I never been to camping, not my cup of tea.. hahah. BUt it sounds like fun, I might give it a shot!

As for me, I'm a total bummer during summer time. I don't really like Summer because I don't like the heat. I easily get weak by the high temperature. Not also fond of going to the beach. The only thin I like about summer is I get to stay home as much as I want to 'cos I have a legal excuse not to go out. It's too hot outside! Goin' out isn't really my thing so being at home is heaven to me! However, sometimes, I go out with my friends though. They hate it when I refuse. :D

Yeah, I also like summer for the same reason. There are days wherein you just sit at home and relax..but with the heat here, it is impossible to stay at home though. Your body will crave for ways wherein you can cool off. thankfully, there is a beach nearby to help us out..

Sounds very nice! I also absolutely love summer. I live in a cold country so when the sun is shining you really appreciate it :) Yesterday I walked in a forrest while enjoying the nice weather. today the weather isn't really that nice, but hopefully it will be a nice warm summer so that I can go swimming in the ocean with my friends and do other nice things :)

Really? Too bad to hear that. I am very fortunate indeed to be living in a tropical country where the beach is very inviting all year round. In fact, beautiful white sand beaches is only like a 15-minute boat ride from the city.. soo fun to hang in the beach with friends! and that is why I am excited it is summer already.
