How do i turn traffic to $

How can i make money by sending traffic somewhere. I know i can promote referral links , but im not sure how effect that will be. It wont be targeted traffic. Just paid to click traffic.

well try trafficrevenue.com( no referral links here) but there are some other sites that will pay you for traffic coming to your site. but if you mean promoting links then I don't know if there are any. I know some that pays you if the promoted link be converted to someone buying from that link. But not just promoting a link.
