Today is my daughter's recognition day. She was in Grade 3, she was awarded 4th honorable student among 60++ students in her level. My husband was with her when she received her medal (I am the photographer =D ). I am so happy for her. It feels like all the hardwork and trials she'd been through in one year had paid off. I am so proud of her specially her father. I can feel her happiness when receiving the medal. She was also very active when it comes to school programs. She always invited in the school event to have a production number. She loves dancing! She has her own group in Grade 3 where-in she is the leader. .
If you had a kid who receives any kind of recognition, how do you feel?

Hi martha: well congratulations for having this child that is making you that happy. I hope she'll continue being a very good student. I am not a father but I was a very good student and I remember that one of the best satisfactions I'd have as a student was having the oportunity to show my parents my academic results. This was the best way I could tell them, thanks for your efforts. I am doing my best.

thanks for congatulating me. Me and my husband are so happy and very proud of her. Here in the philippines, specially in public school, there are almost 60++ students per room, and only top 10 students will be rewarded. so if your child be one of those kids who will be choosen, you should be very proud. that's why we are so happy for the result of her studying for almost 10 months. we are very satisfied of her academic result. and it only shows that we are guiding her to the right path =D

Congratulations! You must be proud for the achievements of your daughter.
Well, I feel the same way too. When my daughter and son received their medals, I feel so proud of them because at their early age they took their studies seriously. Every year, my children look forward for their recognition day to receive their medals onstage.
Keep up the good work in raising your daughter.
