I became fat because of the below reasons. So please give me some tips

Friends, every day i am eating more and more, so because of that now i became too fat that i can't believe myself!!!! I think its all because of two things, One is i won't go out and if i start my work at 9 am then i will get from the chair by 1 o Clock. Then again i will sit by 2 O clock and will get up at 4 o Clock and again from 4.30 to 6 o clock. Another one is i will eat more and more food, even before eating the food i will plan to eat less but once i start eating then i can't stop myself. I am really tired of being this. So please friends give more and more suggestions about this, so that i will reduce my weight please

It is common for people who works at the office, sitting all day. I think if you really want get your back to shape, you gotta move and do exercise, you need to work during weekdays but how about weekends? If you don't want to do some vigourous exercises, you can simlystart with going out for a walk, besides, don't think about eating all the time. And there is a trick that I have been using - when I wnat to snack the junk food, I drink water, drink until I get rid of that thought. I have gained lots of weight in my pregnancy, half of the leftoever pounds to go before the summer comes! Good luck!

friend when you wakes up in the morning start with one liter of water initially then gradually increase the the quantity as you gets habitual as it will helps you to remove the toxicity and fat from your body and don,t go for bed tea its is not a healthy option remove this habit then after getting free from bathroom routine go for morning walk and if you do not have that much time then have treadmill and do walking on it.Then before starting any meal drink two glasses of water always because this you will eat less.A morning breakfast can be heavy lunch should be slightly lighter than breakfast and diner should be very light like you can have soups and salads.I f you want to eat some snacks then you can have popcorn with very less butter and fruitsalad can also be eaten in between your meals if you feels like eating something.But don't forget to drink as much water as you can.Eight glasses of water is must foe everyone.After some time when your body gets use to of excercise you can start some excercises and yoga I thing doing so will really help you to reduce your weight.DURING YOUR WORK TIME DO KEEP MOVING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Maybe you could try to do what i always do. Before a meal. drink a glass of water. It fills you up so you tend to eat less. While you are eating, keep on drinking water too. That way, you are full already before you get to eat a lot. For snack, i would sometimes eat one whole pineapple. I also exercise for 1 hour every other day after resting for at least 30 minutes, once i arrive home from work. I would eat a fruit after that and dinner would be of small amount of rice only. Also, have the determination to lose weight. I know i have lost some weight, because my uniform is now that tight anymore.

Ah let see. um since you are at work all day try bringing some low calories snacks with you such as a ziplock bag of grapes,apple slices,orange slices, and fruits or veggies that you like.This will keep you full and these are things you can snack on without gaining weight. They even have 100 calorie granola bars which are tasty and low in fat. You can even bring a tuna sandwhich which healthy and will keep you full as well. Lastly drink a few cups of water throughout the day as this will help you in feeling full but you will have to pee alot.

It's a tough question which many people suffered. So does me. Actually I know what should I do, do more exercises and eat less, especially something full of fat and calorie. But I just feel hungry and cannot stop eating more. About a week ago, I worked in DTT as an intern, as I have to work overtime every day, 11:00 pm or so, so I would eat more for the supper in the evening, just because I felt hungry.

While you are sitting at the computer have a glass of ice cold water handy. Drink it while you are using the computer. Water makes you feel fuller. Make it a habit to drink water with everything you eat, even if it's just a snack, take a swig of water. If it's something that isn't healthy, take part of it and leave the rest, or better yet put it up somewhere high where you won't want to get to it, or maybe take it out to your car and set it in it. Yes it might sound weird but it will help you to not want to get anymore. If you get one of something out of a box, hide the box from yourself, that is to say do any of the things above and tell yourself "I Will NOT go outside, or in that room to get this." Take away sodas or anything like that, and you will find that you lose a lot of what was just water weight.

Go for a morning walk everyday, it can ease your mind from all the boring workloads plus you can burn some fat too. Have more fruits and drink a lot of water, these can help suppress the appetite so you eat less. Hope these tips help.
