Its becoming SCAM when I almost reach the minimum payout

Oh my God. It is really make me feel so disappoint when I know from the forum about Onbux. Onbux has a lot of complaints from the members that say it does not pay them. I am a new member of Onbux by the way, and I almost reach the minimum payout there. Useless. It is becoming scam now. Why there are so many ptc sites which becoming scam and make the members feel so upset? I hope the admin can manage and maintenance the sites, especially Onbux, so they will not being scam. Is not it? I know that not easy, but it is possible. Amount of money which got by the members is important, more is better. But, the existence of the sites as legit sites is most important. For the members, of course, we need both of them. If both of them impossible, it's necessary to save the site as legit site. I think the admin can re-built the sites by decreasing amount of money per advertisement-click like Neobux right now. It will make the members disappoint, but it better than not paying the members and becoming scam. I hope that Onbux can do it.
