You know those days when you just want to scream? I'm having one of those days. I really wish I could rant about it but I can't and I won't,not online. Not to the full degree atleast. I just needed somewhere to type out and have someone understand those "needs to scream into a pillow" days.
You ever have them?
Please tell me you have.

I sure know how you feel. I have alot fo those days but alot of times, I do not let my frustrations come out. I want to deep down inside but alot of times, I just get tired of it so I hold the hurt or anger in. I hope you are feeling better now.

I get days like these. Although I know I've done this (screaming into pillow) several times, I don't do it regularly. I do have screaming sessions sometimes when I'm driving home and speeding on a highway.
Sometimes it just feels right to let it out. And I do usually feel better after I do.

I don't really have those kind of days. When I have the urge to scream it's because my computer is not working like it should. Otherwise no, not really. I consider myself as a pretty calm person and I don't have high expectations of anything. So I don't really need the feel to scream if things don't go according to plans.

OMG... You have no idea how many days I want to do it. I am sooooo sick of somethings that if I could I would stay a whole day just screaming hahaha. Everydoby has this kind of day and we have to relax and wait for the next day. The nex day is always better! Today I am feeling much better and I hope this feeling doesn't come back!
Love and peace !

I have them plenty but yet those days keep on coming and one has to deal with them. Sometimes one has to scream outloud and not in a pillow as some cannot tell when you are stressed and will say they cannot read your mind. blah.. blah..

Oh, Ya! Tell this there is a rant and don't tell us what it is. Great! I am such a curious person this will drive me buggy. I have ALOT of 'scream into the pillow'
days and cry myself to sleep days too. Kids with mood disorders and acting out. Makes me want to scream and cry.

hey, I have that experience too. You just feel so release after you did it or even cry out loud with a pillow to cover your face and nobody can hear you.Well, those days can be full of sadness, pain, boring or whatever bad mood you were in. Well, as long as it helps and you won't heard anybody , why not use this method to make yourself feel better. But one thing i think we surely need to remember : When you cover yourself with the pillow, don't forget to breathe again when you are jsut running out of oxygen.

Yep I am right along with you. Some days my chronic pain is hard for me to bear.
And it shifts so some days you just like feeling like you need to throw a fit and you cant because you are an adult.
Some days, my husband is home and I am crafting. I will move to the bedroom so he can view his favorite news shows which I tire of hearing over and over.
Then he will come in the bedroom and I am no where near to go to bed, and I have to take my happy butt somewhere else. Now I think you can hear me scream silently in the pillow LOL

Hello SomeCowgirl,
I will disappoint you and I will say that I don't have "screams into pillow" days. When I have something to scream about I scream. I am always sorry that I couldn't hold my horses and I said bad words to people I care about. But it is usually too late. But I can't help myself, this is my choleric nature.
But, if this makes you feel better, I do have "cry into pillow" days. But I rather want not to remember those days.
