I started my year planning to get these fats out of my way and be slimmer but until today i failed to find the perfect diet regime for me. I know that diet must be combined with exercise, proper rest and sleep. Last month I tried to go to the gym but because of my heart problem and an injury, i stopped after 2 days. I started lessening my carbohydrates intake but I always get tempted whenever there are parties in our house or when someone invites me. I also tried taking anti obesity supplement but still it did not work. Now I don't know what to do. I can't stop my appetite and the worst part is most of my dresses wont fit me anymore. Please help me..

At the very least- do not eat 'junk food' on a daily basis. Most people are able to eat it a couple of times a week(usually the weekends-parties make it incredibly hard to follow a diet...).
At least try to eat as healthy as you are able to during the week, and work your way to eating healthy during the weekend as well. Nuts and Seeds are a healthy alternative to eat while partying, I find.
No junk food when you don't need it, eat more fruits and vegetables(instead of grain carbohydrates and what not), eat more healthy meats....
I'd say the easiest type of eating plan to start with would be a pseudo-paleolithic one(where you can eat rice and drink milk). Best one for me is a pure paleolithic one though.

Other than soft-drinks, fast food is probably the worst thing for a person.
I was going to say if you can't avoid it completely,at least opt out of the healthier fast foods; but, I am not aware of any fast food that could be classified as totally healthy...
Burger would be better than fries, if you had to choose something. Little things like that could help, I suppose.

10 Ways to Healthy Diet, Easy and Simple To Lose You Weight
1. First of all identify the body itself
Stop comparing with the body of your friends. When you get to know the working of the body itself, it will be easier to satisfy what they need.
2. Eat regularly with a sufficient portion
As the saying goes "Eat before hungry and stop before full".
3.More fruit and vegetable consumption
Slim people eat an average of more than one serving of fruit and eat more fiber and less fat than fat people.
4. Do not forget breakfast
Start you day with a breakfast menu and the portions ample. This wil help reduce your calorie intake throught out the rest of the day.
5. Drink plenty of water
Inadequate water you need at least 2 liters per day.
6. Execise
Make it as an activity that can not be compromised. Aerobics with favorit music can be a fun activity. Encourage families to participate in moving. Initially perhaps some what strange to hear it. But once you start, you might forget to stop.
7. Sugar-Free
Try 2 weeks without any sugar. it feels great knowing your appetite that usually can not keep to gradually disappear.
8. Do not engage in extreme actions.
extreme actions such means did not eat for lean in quick time. it is best to eat in small portions, the study covers three nutrients the body needs and two snacks each day for a more efficient metabolism.
9. Brush your teeth immediately
After dinner immediately brush my teeth to remind your self that the meal is over.
10 Never time to compensate for feelings of food
Habit does very well when we overeat in times when our feelings are bad or too happy. In general, people who are too carried away just a bit hard to control his diet.

I am on the beyond calories diet by Fat Loss 4 Idiots. It is a 10 day high speed diet which allow you to drop an enormous amount of weight within 10 days. It is not like any diet that has been out on the web and I am guessing that is why it is more successful than other diets. The best part about the diet is that you can use it over and over again and you can keep usint it until you lose all the weight that you need to lose. The diet is based on 4 dieting principles which allows u to burn off the pounds very quickly.
Principle #1: High Satiety Foods"
Eating high satiety foods make you feel full long before you really are full, and they also keep you feeling full for a longer period of time. In other words after eating these foods your brain get signals from your stomach, and the brain sends out signals telling you that ur full. The average person eat low satiety foods and thats why they become overweight b/c they don't make you feel full until after you've eaten way too much
Principle #2: "Foods which control Glucose Output"
Eat more foods that control glucose output within ur bloodstream.
Principle #3: "Unique Food Combining"
You have to know how to combine unique foods in a way that will make you lose weight and not just make you full
Principle #4: "Eating More Often"
Your body burns calories on a per meal basis, not on a per day basis. It doesn't matter how much you eat per day, it matters how much you eat per meal.
An example: Let's say your eating 700 calories per meal for 3 meals per day, and your weight is staying about the same.
This means your body is burning 700 calories per meal which is why ur weight is staying the same.
So if you begin to eat about 350 calories per meal for 6 meals per day instead of 3 your body will still be trying to burn 700 calories per meal just as it has before. but b/c ur only giving it 350 per meal the remaining 350 will be burned from Fat tissue.
