My food at work place!

For many times day after day I choose a simple way to eat a good food at work place.So in few time I eat at pub near work place.But in all other case I take with me an solid food packet.You how proceed in this case?

I usually have packed foods whenever I go to work. I don't eat breakfast at home as I don't have time to cook or eat. I have to be on the road at 6am if I don't want to be caught in traffic. For breakfast I have fruits, sandwich or biscuits. For lunch I have rice and a viand prepared the night before. All I have to do is preheat it at the microwave available at our office pantry. I think I save more by bringing food rather than spending it on fast food.

I usually eat my lunch in the school cafeteria or sometimes just buy some sandwich or chips and take it to my class and eat it there. That is pretty much what I do every weekdays in school. And then I have dinner at home. My mom prepares the food. She's the best cook
