I believe the lack of money is the root of all evil and not the love. Without money most people do all sort of things to get money.I think the lack of has more effect than loving, well thats just me.
You have a point there. People steal to get money, people kill for money. If they had enough money they could buy what they wanted and they don't have to take it from someone else.
