Is adsense making of fool?

I have already discussed that i have got approved by adsense few days back and got paid 0.23$ for first two clicks on my blog ads but today when i again checked my account i was still at the same earning but my clicks were increased to 8 and my earnings were still 0.23 the what got increased was eCPM Something it was 0.93$ something. Now i am really confused what is my real earnings am i getting paid or not or simply adsense is making me fool i know that can't be but still what is the matter i checked adsense help page too but there was nothing that describe of best it was like they divide my earnings by number of clicks and them multiply it by 1000 but thats not my question i want to ask do i will get paid or not how will they pay me?
