ignore the email?

anyone here know how to delete or how to unsubscribe the email that send by mylot.
i always received email from mylot stated that my friends have started a new discussion.
anyone here that can teach me how to do it?

I spend a lot of time deleting messages from mylot. It is quite boring and I also stock my inbox with too much emails.
However, I spend my free time to get all unnecessary mails form mylot deleted.

Well what I did is to add a label/folder so all mylot emails will go there. Its a best way for me because it is not cluttering up my inbox.
