Please help on my wireless network!!!

Good day great mylotters. I used to see wireless networks on my VISTA Ultimate, and after a while I found out that my Broadcom 802.11 card (in-built) cannot detect the wireless networks again. I tried all my best to see what's wrong, including advices from some online sources such as reinstalling the wireless card's driver, all to no avail. Please help me out. I need the wireless connectivity on my laptop badly!!! Thanks and hoping to hear your professional ideas!
