Yeah, Eddie Murphy's 50th birthday was Sunday, and he celebrated by receiving a Kid's Choice Award for "Best Voice in an Animated Movie" the day before. (You remember Eddie Murphy from--besides his voice as the donkey in the Shrek-series, his stint on "Saturday Night Live," movies like Raw & Delirious, his awesome stand-up routines, rumors of his death, and his upcoming movie Tower Heist with Casey Affleck, Ben Stiller & Matthew Broderick; yeah?) What do you like most about Eddie Murphy's career?

He has made me laugh a ton. That man is crazy..lol. I can't believe he is 50! Wow! Who was it that gave him his start? Richard Pryor I think.

50! I love a great many of his films but something about that laugh really sticks in my mind. It is almost the same laugh in each and every film he has done, which to a sense is what makes him extra funny for me. I have enjoyed so many of them and although many have been probably more popular something about him in 48 hours and Beverly Hills Cops I enjoyed the most.

I know the laugh you're talking about, but it seems like it's been so long since I've heard it

50???? How can that be possible? I feel very old suddenly. :) I think his best work was on Saturday Night Live and in Trading Places. Some of his later movies were atrocious but I've always enjoyed his stand-up.
