I am a collector of restaurant style recipes. I had found a library a few years ago that was a chinese restaurant recipe book. But after moving I have not found that book again. It was great and the recipes that I tried were amazing. Have there been chinese recipes that you have tried that were crazy amazing and similar or a clone of the restaurant styles. Let me know and please do share some of your recipes. I will definitely try them and comment on them after I have tried them.
