I have just started my low calorie diet again. t's been a while since I have done this. I have tried the dessert flavored yoplait light yogurts, and so far have been impressed with those. I have to say the Boston Cream Pie is my favorite. I have also been eating a lot of apples, do to their "negative calorie" attributes. I have to admit, this time it seems to be more difficult for me. Do you have any good low calorie snacks to suggest? Don't just give me the snack, why is it good, does it fill you up? How many calories are in it? Thanks for your help!

i'm gonna let you know that just eating less calories isn't good for your body. you need to exercise to but i'm sure you already know that. but as for good low cal snacks i recommend vegetables like cucumbers and baby carrots dipped in a small amount of salad dressing. Eating progressive soup is good too but too much will give you too much sodium so just one can is good and it should fill you up with around 160-400 calories a can. Oatmeal, bananas and beans can all fill you up with few calories.
I'd say the best thing you can eat with very low calories and super high protein is tuna canned in water. It's really good for you and suppose to be amazing for your body if you eat it within 30 minutes of a workout or run.

I think, the place that I saw real low calorie and healthy alternative snack is in the mall. One of the stores in the mall. Have you heard about the store "Healthy Options"?
