I am curious on everyone's position with the rating system here on mylot. Like do you use it and for what. For the discussion's OP and comments or just one of those. And do you only vote negative or positive for some reason. Maybe you do rate just negative subconsciously because you only see the bad in things or vice versa for positive comments. I personally don't like to rate negative and will only do it if someone is blatantly attacking someone or a group of people or just being very ignorant. I won't give you a negative just because I don't like the topic or don't agree with you though, I just don't think that it's necessary. I do however like to vote positive on a lot of things. If I agree with you, if you say something that makes me laugh or even if i don't agree with you but you make a good point. And on another note do you ever choose best response for your discussions? I notice in most discussions I look at there is no best response ever chosen.
