Reached 100 dollars with google adsense but haven't recieved my pin

Was happy to cross 100 dollars last month with google adsense but so far haven't received my pin. I have use all the tree pin request but hard luck so far. i don't know what to do to get the pending money from my adsense account. Can any friend here on mylot help me. Thank you in advance
