Cabrio wahing machine

I had recently had gotten a whirlpool cabrio wahing machine from Rent a center. I'm not sure if I'm liking it. I'm not sure if I'm haveing issues with it or if it's too hi-tech for a washing machine. I personally like basic but decided to give it a try. I had read & reread the instructions. It don't seem to get all of my clothes clean. The sensory don't seem to work like it's supposed to since some of my clothes are still dry when I get them out. I can't tell if the laundry is done since it's not saying done the wash light is on when the load seems to be done. RAC is bringing me another Cabrio to see if I have the same issues. Does anyone else have this washing machine? If so do you like or have had any issues with it?
