As a girl i would say, the best thing is to try get close to her without showing any wrong intention... Trust me,most girl would freak out when a guy jump to them telling how much he likes her, especially if she's very pretty and popular.. Remember that both of you are still in getting to know each other stage. you shud try to get to know her closer as friend, learn a little bit about her..and be realistic. women always impress if you are observant and care every little thing bout them.. i dont think sweet talk really works now a days.. :p cheers!

I'm facing the same issue here, so I suggest that you take a deep breath and walk up to her and tell her how you feel and be honest with her. Don't do anything dramatic like write her a poem and give her chocolates or flowers. Just have a talk with her and lay it all on the line.
