How do you know that the owner of Alertpay is Arabic?
They are headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
Have you ever thought about why they're a little more lenient? Do you think it's possibly because Paypal is so strict and they want to be able to help more people?
I have never once heard of them turning into a scam, how could they? They're simply a payment processor, would have had to go through strict screening in order to start a company like they did.
Alertpay is a newer company, certainly not as well known as Paypal, it's hard to get the same reputation that Paypal has, it is affiliated with eBay afterall, and that's a huge company.
Paypal has learned over the years about what earning programs to accept, as they've gotten so many chargebacks since many scam sites have started.

Oh, it's possible for an online payment processor to go scam...Stormpay probably qualifies as one. E-gold is another one which wasn't exactly a scam but which was pretty much shut down by the government so that's another risk payment processors face. And you are trusting them with a lot of information if you link your account with your bank, credit card, etc. So far, though, Alertpay has seemed trustworthy and I think they are trying to fill a niche that PayPal has neglected.

i dont think paypal neglected those niche... they must have done it for certain security reason i guess..maybe to comply with big company requirements.. atleast we dont have to worry about pay pal to go scam rite?

Well alertpay is not a scam but not really recognized by a lot of people especially me . because in my country you cannot really get your money out of that account unless you pay a high deduction with your money.
alertpay was being monitored for money laundering so i think mlm sites and such will also stop with alertpay.
for the preferred processor, I think i will only stay with paypal.

I prefer paypal i had issues with alertpay it let me join and register my card with them and also have online earnings paid in to it which they accepted then when i tried to withdraw my $25.00 i had accumalated,it said my account wasnt verified and i had to do this to withdraw my money so i followed the instructions although how was it not verified when they had my bank details and accepted payments through my bank to alertpay then when i try and withdraw they left my account pending verification for 3 weeks with me emailing them weekly to see what the hold up was but with no replies, then on the 4th week i try and log in and my account was cancelled i emailed them again they replied 4 days later saying my account was closed due to inactivity, well what about my $25.00 and how dare they any suggestions on how i go about getting my money back and complaining about this?

there you go! paypal only takes 2-3 biz days to get it transferred to my debitcard. i think that is so much easier.. plus in my country, paypal has start to partner up with many public listed company that make it even more reliable as e wallet. I thougt alertpay has good customer service to deal with all sort of chargeback rite? but im sure that caused u lots of troubles..

Dunno about it.
havent got such news yet.
but anyways paypal has very strict rules about mlm and investing in HYIP sites.
But there are many other online bank sites which allows such things.
for e.g moneybooker, alertpay , LR and other sites.
I mostly prefer Paypal as they directly transfer the money into my local bank account.
Enjoy.
