Hi guys, from yesterday i have started working on mturk and i am finding it a very good online earner, i am able to cross $1 per day, but the thing that is worrying me is their payment method, i have heard that they dont pay through paypal instead they pay through check, so i just wanted to know that is their anyone who have face difficulty in getting checks from them and have anyone got check from them without difficulty. I am from india and do they transfer direct payment to bank account

To be paid by check, you MUST have a US bank account. All other payments are made into your Amazon account and can only be used to purchase from Amazon.

According to the Terms, you need an "ACH-enabled bank account". 'ACH' stands for Automatic Clearing House and I believe that it only refers to US accounts. You should check with your own bank to see whether they can accept payments from the US in this way.

Hi Owlwings thanks for your reply, but i have another page in which they stated that they will issue checks to Indian workers in Indian rupees

There's also another topic "How do i transfer my earnings to my bank account", but in this topic i am unable to understand that whether they will issue money directly to my bank account number

Thanks for the link, sunny4691. I knew that I had seen that some time ago but thought that they must have changed the conditions in the mean time because I couldn't find it anywhere.
Of course, that changes what I said above. It should, after all, allow Indians to be paid by check.

Thanks for replying, where do you live means from where in india and in how many days you received your check and i have heard there is some verifying process to get check, it will be great help if you could explain a little bit of it, and how much have you earned from them till now

Hi,
owlwings is right.
But for mturk users from india they can recive money by check.
My friend recived a check for $500. I am also working in mturk.
If the info u have given is correct then u will get ur check.
Mturk is one of the fewest sites u can trust to make money.
So, carry on with mturk.
