How to take actions against the owners of the scam sites?

Internet is full of scams, especially the money earning sites. Every day some sites are turning out to be scams and some new sites are being launched. Is there no way to take actions against the owners of those scam sites who are exploiting people? They are deliberately shutting down the sites and taking away the hard earned money of people and then again launching new sites with new names for further cheating.

I suppose researching to see if any actions currently exist may be helpful in which one can see if they too can join some sort of suit against them. However, one thing one must review and make sure from a site is their Terms Of Service. There may be some clauses in there that protect them from any form of actions. Sometimes there is simply no way to predict because even the most trusted site can at some point become scam. The only thing I can think of is consulting an attorney and or legal person to see if something against the scammed site can be done. Even that route is not guaranteed because some attorneys will entertain and ultimately it is the judges decision in which route it may go. But certainly more then one person putting forth some sort of action may be helpful if they sue as a group as opposed to one person. I have not to date gone against a scammed site so these are simply my guesses.

I got one through the mail and called the FBI in the US, we had a good talk but I was told that there are so many of these out there the FBI can't even look at your complaint unless you have lost at least $10,0000.00 to one. I told him I was willing to be a lure but that I didn't have that kind of money to put on the line. He was very polite and informative.

Then we have to tolerate all these illegal activities until any way of punishing the cheaters is sorted out and so long we have to gamble with luck.

Yes, internet is full scames. I think the best way to take action against these owners of scam sites is to tweet about it, write an article or a blog, reach out to people and let them know about these scams. Hurt the scammer where they live. In their pocket books! Bring the dark and scanky into the light. Let every know what they are.

Well if they are a licences company, you can complain to the sec if i can remember or other government agencies. the bad thing about this one is that there is a lot of countries where internet crimes are not really punished. Only the us has some kind of strong internet crimes punishment. other than that, there is really nothing we can do much.

I think you would also agree that as there is no vigilance on the activities of such sites, they can do whatever they like and the sufferers are the people like us who toil hard to earn some extra money.

The most important thing I can think of now is to use mylot.com to tell other of those scam sites and people close their accounts with them or write to admnistration of those sites and tell them off, they are scam bugs.

Best way to avoid these scam sites is by googling them well in advance before trying out their services and products. Moreover, you can help others by writing reviews about some of the fresh bad fish in the tank.

It is no doubt our duty to investigate everything before joining, but I have told earlier that once legit is not always legit. Thus which is legit at the time of your joining may be scam at the time of your minimum payout. So luck is the last word under such situations.

It seems very difficult to take action against the owner of a scam site. We just need to be careful.

Doing a proper research before hand will help to reduce the chances of being scammed. Most of these sites promise a get rich quick scheme. Do not be carried away by their dishonest antics. Just take your time to review the site before filling their membership form. Also do not pay any money to any online sites. Most geniune site do not ask for money for membership.

i think getting back at those owners of the scam sites should do it. Let the people and the whole world now that they are scam sites so no one will take interest in them. This is the only way I can think of so that our friends will not be victimized by them too.
