I realized all I talk about on mylot is mostly about my baby(mainly actually), shopping, eating pretty much that's it. Because it is all I do in my life, I like to share what happens in my daily life especially about my baby . I don't talk about anything big because my social circle is like a cinammon roll - that small, compare to somebody who has a social network that is big like a XXLarge pizza haha
Is your social network big? How big? How small?

Everyone has his own social circle. Someone is good at communication, someone is less skilled.
However, the people you get on with most frequently is almost the same, your family, colleges, classmates etc.
In my case, a big social circle does not mean anything. The most important thing is the good relationships with those who you regard as precious family members and friends.
So it is not so bad to have a small world, isn't it?
By the way, your baby is very cute~

Hi there, Its always great to know how you baby is doing and also about your daily life. Being a university student at the moment, i should say that my friend circle is quite big. Its not XXL but it might be L..hahha...
Anyways, socialising is a important part of my life now. Even though i spend most of my time with my hubby but i always make sure i am in touch with my friends. But basically, my life's most regular aspects are my hubby, shopping and eating too..

I just had a cinammon roll for breakfast!
I think sometimes we are put in situations where our lives would seem so small. And I don't think it is necessarily a bad thing.
In about a week, I will be moving into a new job. From a company with more than 500 people, I will go to another with only 12 people. My world will drastically become smaller. Hopefully I made the right decision.

I've most of my friends worldwide communicating with them over the internet. I have a my loved ones, my children, grandchildren and extended family. At school I've friends when I am there. I go out very rarely to participate in events. I sometime meet co-workers from previous working places. We talk for a bit and move on with out lives.

Hahah actually I can totally relate to you. I have noticed that most of my discussions revolve around school, studies and friends because they're all I have and they are my circle or my world whatever you say. I actually like talking about them.

The food analogy is great, ha ha! Love it. Now I am acinnamon, too, because there is also just me and my two daughters. But since they have a braod network and I am forced to join the wagon, then I might be a pizza, too.

Mine is on the medium side in terms of family and friends. My boyfriend and I have some great things going most of the time and usually in our evenings and or weekends with his acting gigs.
I do enjoy the alone times I do have during the days. It gives me a chance to do absolutely nothing if I don't feel like it and or pick up and go places.
Nothing wrong with discussing what is so near and dear to you. I for one anywhere I go all I speak about are my kids and boyfriend. lol that is because it is comforting.
