Hi jonify: That's really, really great. I remembered when I was in my school I suck on soccer, I wasn't pretty good. Well, I must admit I was a nerd so this wasn't my best area.

Tennis was my favorite sport too. But, I have not played the game for many years now, mainly for the lack of time. I do know that I need to have some exercize to keep health. So, these days, on days when I get back home from work early enough, and if the weather is favorable, I go out to the park near my house, and go jogging for about 30 minutes.

I used to play football because it was my favorite, but I wasn't really allowed to join a team when I was in school because I was too big, and way too strong for everyone. I like football because it help me turn to into a powerful beast since I also did a lot of weightlifting as well. I like having all of that muscle and power on me, but I was a mystery on how I gotten so big. People even thought I was taken steroids, but was more shocked that I wasn't. Just to give an idea on how big I was, in high school, I was 5'8" 280 pounds. It was hard to stop me. One time, I had two people holding on to my ankles, one on my back, two are grabbing my arms, and a couple of people pushing me back, and I accidentally crushed the ball. I was strong enough to push trucks, but while teams thought it would be a good idea to have a teenage NFL player, in the end, it ruled that I might kill someone. Having all of this muscle was a disadvantage in other sports. I didn't have enough agility for basketball (and I ripped a backboard down once, and folded the rim). Now, whenever I have the chance (school and work are in the way), my new hobby is weightlifting because I have gotten addicted to big muscle, crazy strength, and bulking. I have gotten too big for everything else, so I will stick to the weights, and maybe try a hand in strongman lifting.

hi insulin, oh sure I a m active in typing. lift finger up put finger down, lift finger up and etc. okay so thats not a bona fide sport.
I know , my therapy exercises I must do to keep my wrenched knee
healing after my fight with the floor and broken nose and twisted
right knee. I have to lift up straight each leg ten times, then march in place ten times. then I am to lift my two arms straight over my head for a count of ten and do that ten times too.then I must bow over so my chin
is on my chest rounding my back for ten times. so there I do do some exercise after all. lol if we had a swimming p ool here I would swim every
day for an hour but no we have no such thong. sad.So no I am not very active as am still recuperating from a very bad fall. and it was not a bit funny either. I HAVE NEVER LAUGHED AT SOMEONE WHO HAD A FALL. FALLS ARE REALLY NOT AT ALL FUNNY.

Hello Insulin. I need some sun dosis, and sport dosis to be fine. I run, I go to a gym, and I play tennis. I really really enjoy this. I have lost 20 pounds of my last pregnancy...and I am very happy with me. =)... Play allows us to have a social life either. Don´t you think so? Did you play tournaments? Which category was you? Your friends don´t ask you to play with them again?
Blessings!...

No, I am not active in sports..unless you count Wii Sports then I play a mean game of baseball!! lol And bowling. My best friend loves volleyball though so I will go mess around with her and we end up playing a strange one on one game with no rules or points.

I love sports. however, since I taek care of my son I don't get to get out much to play any. He has an aid who comes in the mornings for a couple of hours and when she is here - I head out the door and run! I am presently training for my first half marathon! So running is my main sport right now! (but I love racquetball)

Hi insulin: I am now active playing Wii sports? Does it count? Seriously, when I play wii sports: boxing, baseball and tennis games I feel that I am doing some sports. I can feel it and I feel prepared for my day.
