Please help for hcl Note book!

I have purchased a Note-Book of hcl ( model no G 38 CP). I have installed window 7 ultimate OS. But when I try to connect my notebook to internet than it shows no internet access Simultaneously internet properties shows connected. What may be the problem? Where we can download all drivers for this version of lapy.

Hi, you have not stated whether you have internet connection from an ISP i.e. Internet Service Provider. Check the modem again and reconfigure it properly following the procedure given in its manual. Normally HCL supplies the driver CD with the laptop or notebook. If you did not get the CD, you may get the drivers from c-net site or download.com. Try. Good luck.
