Ben Roethlisberger is getting married? WTF!

It is true Big Ben is engaged to be married on 7/23/11! His finance is a woman he says he has dated off and on for almost 6 years! Her name is Ashley Harlen and she is a physican's assistent in the cardiac department at a Pittsburgh hospital. They won't live together until they are married because of religious beliefs they have! All this sounds like a bunch of bull to me! Roethlisberger is doing this to improve his image,I bet! So my question is; what is your opinion on this subject?

For her sake, I hope it isn't only to improve his image. But I can't help but think that's part of it. I never heard of this on and off girlfriend, and my family of die hard Steelers fans (go Eagles!) had never heard of her either. Only time will tell

I never heard of this woman until a few months ago! Maybe she real help his image! They tired the knot last saturday in Pittsburgh. I heard the whole wedding,etc,cost over $113,000! Anyway time will tell if it works out or not!

This is news to me also. I have not heard anything about it until I read your post. There is no telling why they are doing. It could just be for publicity. You could be right.

I could be right! I had no idea this was going on until I read about it! I really believe this is happening for the publicity! I only will believe all this if they really get married and stay together and Ben stays out od trouble! We will see!
