What's your favorite vampire series?

I have always loved vampires, the stories and myths about them- especially series. Although they aren't real, I just find them fascinating and cool. The ones that I really love are Buffy : the Vampire Slayer, Blood Ties, Moonlight, and I'm currently watching Vampire Diaries.

Buffy: The Vampire Slayer really was casted so well and to see females really have great roles was amazing. I'm a big fan of Blood Ties and the cast really worked well together. I enjoy listening to the music performed on Blood Ties.
I watch Vampire Diaries and its back with new episodes.

As a kid liked Buffy but now I am into True Blood though I have to say i like the book series better then the TV show. I also like Being Human it's more then just Vampires and is very interesting to me. I do watch reruns of Angel in the morning while I fold laundry. Although U had liked Buffy back in the day I now like Angel better.

I will always love Buffy, I saw some episodes of Angel and it was quite interesting but I didn't really follow it..I don't know why.. I looked up Being Human, and the plot was nice- a werewolf, a vampire, and a ghost my favorite elements in a story. has it ended though?

I thought Moonlight was a great show and I was sorry to see it cancelled. My favorite show of this type is BBC America's "Being Human". The show is a about a vampire who has been around for a few hundred years who meets up with a young guy who was recently urned into a weirwolf. The vampire has decided to try and give up killing people while the wolf is still trying to come to terms with his conversion and trying to avoid hurting anybody. The rent a house together which they find out is haunted by a female ghost that initially only they can see.
The SyFy channel has their own version of the show but to me it's a pale comparison of the original. They are using the same basic story lines as BBC bu the actors are less appealing.
So you like the original "Being Human", the British one? Many people say that too- I read some reviews about it. I will definitely check it out since some people recommended it here too.

I like mostly every vampire series. I loved True Blood when I had HBO.

I like the very first series “The Vampire Chronicles”. The series of The Vampire Chronicles do not include of the typical novels. Instead, the novels of The Vampire Chronicles are true masterpieces set back in the olden times when vampires were identified to exist. Through the series of The Vampire Chronicles, readers have the outstanding opportunity to learn in details about how vampires were created, how they existed and needless to be mentioned, the life history of the vampires.

I know its not a tv series but i love Blade. I have watched all the blade movies many times. I love the myth of vampires also. Wouldnt it be cool to be one? Blades is awsome he kicks butt. Half breed.

YEs, I love Blade too- unfortunately I only saw the last one, Blade"Trinity, but he was really cool there too. 
There were times I wanted to be a vampire too, but then I don't want to feed on people- so maybe a half-breed could be nice, Bloodrayne is a half-breed, a damphir..
