When I was in grade school and high school, I kept my graded papers, homework, quizzes, whatever. They were invaluable resources to studying for both the bigger tests and the end of semester exams. I held onto them until they and threw them out afterwards. Even with the papers were less than a sight to behold grade wise sometimes, most teachers put the right answers next to what I missed. It allowed me to learn from my mistakes and to increase my knowledge leading to the bigger tests.

I am in university and I still do that. Keeping papers is one f t the best ways to study for my exams. This is only because I am in engineering and most of my papers and tests are math related. I can't see this being useful for an English program, unless multiple choice questions.

I can see where it really does depend on the subject at hand. Still a lot of subjects, even if it is examples, it is really something that is a great resource. I found a lot of the homework assignments to essentially be notes that I would take as I am looking up information. Still it is great that I am not the only person who does this. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.

Yeah I had teachers like that. They frustrated me to no end. I think a lot of time, we did get the papers back, but it was like a week after the test on the material in question. So when they did happen, that really was not too good. It is a rather frustrating to say the very least. Still when they do get back on time, it is a good thing, to really look over the paper and study. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Have a nice day.
