It's given, a migraine before my menstrual cycle and one during. Well this time it's different. I am currently on break from school, but only for a week. I was hoping to get a lot accomplished during my break, but it seems I won't be. This is the 4th day I have had this headache. I will take some medicine ex. Tylenol, and it comes right back. I have tried caffeine, thinking maybe a it's that kind of headache. The headache goes away just enough to bear the day, but I can feel it, sitting in the back of my head, waiting. Any suggestions? Anyone else have the same problem?

I also get hormone related migraines and my doctor told me to take a double dose of Ibuprofin at the first sign of it coming on. I was sceptical but it works. When you have a migraine the blood vessels in your head dialate - Ibuprofin is a vaso-constrictor so it will work when Tylenol won't. I hope it works for you too.
