In World cup before the quarter-finals against Australia, there was some suggestion that if India lost that game then the disappointment factor would spread to the Indian Premier League too and the league would suffer from a lack of interest. Now that India has won the ICC World Cup handsomely, there is little doubt that there will be a positive effect on the IPL.
But now i think IPL an overdose to Indian Cricket Fans. What do you think?

obiviously its going to be overdose only and it is also seems like video game played by franchisee owner. On the other hand we can say it provides good opportunity for young cricketer but it also provide platform for batting as well. Due to this cricket may lose its good reputation and huge crowd. Its all about pure business.

Hi Dear Pratheep! I fully agree with you that IPL has become over dose of Cricket for most of the fans as we really had a tough and hectic schedule of World Cup Tournament and we all have enjoyed the winning of the team also with great enthusiasm and zeal and got exhausted ourselves ! For me I am not keen now about the IPL matches and today I heard on TV that the attendance is also very poor for initial matches and the stadium was seen lying vacant! So I think at least at the present time Indian Cricket fan is over saturated with Cricket and he wants some change! Thanks for the discussion!

According to me IPL is an overdose. After the launch of the IPL my interest in watching a cricket match has reduced by 50 percentage.

i am agree with you, surely the win of worldcup by india will make people interested in ipl.but now it is like that there is nothing new in cricket match, some people thinks that it is a money making machine and they should use it as much as possible.but they forget eventually people will loss their interest from the cricket as there will be overdose of it.one saying says that nothing should be out of limit.organisers of ipl and other unnecessary cricket tournaments should take it into consideration.
