Nations especially those belonging to the ring of fire are busy with earthquake drills. For you personally, how do you prepare yourself, your family?

It is good to do earthquake drills and other preparations. If and when earthquake strikes, then at least this will help you do what is most needed instead of just panicking. But you know there is more than just these preparation. I learned it from this link which I would like to share with you http://scienceray.com/earth-sciences/how-to-escape-earthquake-and-tsunami/ It taught me one good lesson. More than anything is the spiritual preparation that matters most

Sad to say I haven't prepared myself for earthquake strikes. In my area we are not likely to have earthquakes but you never know. It's a good idea to be prepared for different kinds of things. I have prepared emergency kits and things like this for emergency but i think it would be a good idea to look up what other things may be needed for an earthquake strike.

I am really glad that I don't live anywhere close to where Earthquakes are going to strike. That is just one of the blessings that I have in life. Even the smallest Earthquakes can cause some damage, although we rarely to hear about the smallest ones. Although I do think that you can rarely be prepared for when disaster strikes. All you can do is really do what you can to plan but until it actually happens, there is no way of knowing what's going to happen. Tornados now, they are the thing that I have to worry about the most. It is more likely than not that I am going to be in the path of a tornado, than I am going to be in the path of an Earthquake. Thankfully we have a plan of what to do. Hopefully it will be good enough, to when a tornado actually strikes, but you just never know what is going to happen. Mother nature is a brutal and primal force. All you got to do is be prepared and hope for the best.

It comes unexpectedly, that is why it is called natural disaster. When you less expect it, that is when it comes. If i was to prepare for it, i'll move to areas where it is less liable to occur.

I'm from the Netherlands. That means that the chances I'll ever experience an earthquake here just too extremely small. Incase an earthquake comes however, I'm... Not prepared at all. I know that you need to hide below a desk, but I have stuff below my desk that blocks me. I have no safety helmet. I have... Nothing. :x
