Leadership VS Management

Leadership is the first creation. Leadership is not management. Leadership has to come first. Management is a bottom line focus: How can I accomplish certain things? Leadership deals with the top line So Management is doing things right & Leadership is doing the right thing.

What you said is very reasonable.As a leader,you must have to be a model,although leaders are very scenery, you must have the ability that people willing to listen to you.

thanks but i think chances makes a human very powerful either in any field of life. Do you agree?

Yeah,chances is also very important,someone has their abilities but they have no chance to display,they gain nothing at the end.
