How To Get To The Top Discussion.

I join here to gain more knowledge which some interesting topics with many responds and views. Not all the time i log in here i participate , sometimes i browse tru and its endless and more and more interesting with so many useful infos.

I'm sorry jonify (no offence intended) but I think you miss the whole point of being a member of mylot. We're here to discuss things and in the process, make as many friends as possible - not to be the Number One guy. I'm much newer than you, by the way. But I'm enjoying the discussion because there are lots of things that can be learned by taking a slow stride with the opinions that our friends express. It should also be a humbling experience for you as it is for me. Having said that... were still friends aren't we?

A 'discussion' is an exchnage between two or more people while a question qith some answers is not a discussion. If you check those that reach the 'top' there is ususally participation by the user who starts the topic, as well as others, and it does indeed become a discussion. What makes it 'top' is anyone's guess but without comments to further the topic it barely stands a chance.

Is it important to get to the top discussion list anyway? Is there anything to prove to anyone?

It shouldn't matter whether or not anyone gets top discussion of the day here. Mylot is a place to chat, make new friends, and earn money, but the chatting and the friends are most important to me. Mylot shouldn't be perceived as a popularity contest.
