I'm a cry baby. Crying is somewhat a common reaction for me; a common way for me to cope up with the various feelings that het to me. I cry when i'm sad and blue; I cry when I'm happy too! I cry when I'm angry and mad; 'Coz these feelings they won't make me glad. I cry while watching a movie; You might even catch me sobbing in front of a TV. Crying makes me cope with things; But i hate it when it make my head stings. Have you ever cried so hard it made your eyes sore? Yet you can't do anything but to shed some more? My head throbs as i get my eyes rubbed. Although crying sometimes lighten my heart; That's actually the reason why I do start. It also has the power to make my head heavy; And then I'll throw up, and that makes me feel sorry.

For me I feel that crying allows a person to be genuine. I too have cried until my eyes have been sore, but at some point I compose myself and realize it is time to correct myself and begin to make a few changes. I can understand your feeling and hope they are not too often. Do not consider yourself as a cry baby but more like a real true genuine person.

sometimes people would ask me why i am crying. i would just tell them that 'i just feel like crying'. for me it is an outlet of something that is deep inside me. i feel true to myself when i get all my emotions out through tears. i really do have some issues on holding back tears. i wonder how people can easily do that. sometimes, i just wanted to be like them. thanks for your reply hardworkinggurl. it made me feel good and it made me realize that it does not suck to be what's the real me.

Crying is something normal, like the laugh. This is the way your emotions get out. I cry often too. When I'm sad, when I'm happy, when watching movies or reading something sad, but most often I cry when I'm angry .It is embarrassing, because I can't hide how deeply am pissed off. When I should be strong and confident in a argument, I just start crying and can't stop.

it's really hard to hide it. sometimes i'm envious of those people who could say to themselves "hey, i'm really pissed off now and i feel like bursting into tears but i'll leave it for later". how i wish i could sometimes be like them so that i'd be able to hide what i feel and so that i may not give pleasure to those people who are trying to get me pissed.

I am so agree with you, with our tears the only thing we do is to give pleasure to the others. We have to find a way to control ourselves, I believe it is possible, but won't be easy. I'm becoming better with the years ,but still not enough .I just try to stop thinking, count to 10. But it doesn't help a lot,so still search about a solution .

I think it is common for woman to have stronger emotions especially for crying. I cry when I'm sad and I cry when I am happy too but my husband doesn't understand it, he asked me why I cry when I feel happy, like last summer, my sister came visit me, that was along time since I last saw her so we both were to happy and emotional so we cried like nobodyu business, when my husband saw us, he teased us, I think men don't get emotional like that so they don't understand.

hi mermaidivy! As what they say, "men are from mars and women are from venus" and in this aspect, I guess this saying proves to be true. To the guys, to cry is to show that you are frail and weak but to us, it is a sign of our being genuine and true to ourselves. No matter how we do explain it to them, i guess, there's always a probability that they wouldn't understand.

Well it's true tha things in excess always brings bad effects. But I envy people who can express their feeling. I am not a cry baby, and that makes me feel sick either. I am not used of showing people while Im crying. Probably that's my way of hiding my weakness. I cried when I'm alone, whatever the cause. Be it happiness, sadness, failure or hatred. Even while I'm watching movie or tv, I still could not show it, I don't know why. But I believe you that it can lighten the feeling, for I experienced it some times. I also had my eyes sored due to crying, and I hate that for I was not able to report to work then...lol. But nothing is bad in crying, you must just be so sensitive. But if you think it will caused you harm, learn how to control yourself. Good luck and happy mylotting, Rapuncille.

hi simple bb! perhaps, you are just the kind of person who is not so transparent and who would opt not to be read by other people. maybe that's the reason why you are having such a hard time showing it. i can't help but smile when you said that sored eyes caused you not to report to work. it did happen to me one time. but i sort of find a way to cope with all the "why your eyes is like that?" question the day after. i would just blame the sore eyes to a very bad headache (which is true!)so that i may be able to report to work.

hello rapunzel Yes,a while ago i cried. When i am alone at night, sitting in front of the pc ,while mylotting and reading some topic and responses that really touches me and my life...suddenly made me cry. No,i am not that sentimental fool...but sometimes we can not avoid connections ...when we are reading and we connect it to our life and experiences,it made me cry. Watching a movie ,a love-drama movie also made me cry. What made your head heavy is because you kept your voice, cry our loud to release the pain,it really helps. When you cry, don't sob, cover your face with a pillow and shout (so neighbors won't run out from their houses) Crying help us to release pain...and anger... and also will lighten the burden in us. Now smile...and have a happy weekend

perhaps that's the case. i try to be as quiet as possible when i cry. i don't want anybody to notice. i don't want to be laughed at or i don't want anybody to see me and be alarmed of what has happened. when i cry, i don't feel like answering questions nor talking that much. i am having a hard time talking while crying. i don't sound so good when i put these two things together. you are right. perhaps that's the reason why i feel bad after every cry. i have small eyes and they really look bad when they are sore. too bad i don't know how to use make up to properly conceal them. shades would do the job well but it won't seem to work when i'm outdoors or during the evening.

Im a cry baby too. But I try to hide especially if its inappropriate. Like when I needed to be strong for others to see. So I just hide it or not I just go to a private place to cry then when Im done, nobody knows. I just dont rub my eyes when I cry. I wipe the tears just by patting around the eyes. I just let it dry so the redness will go away. It usually do the trick for me. Nobody will notice.

what's good about crying is that it's healthy and it's normal. A tear or two will do you good.
