Drawing With Colored Pencils

I have used all kinds of colored pencils to draw with. I have used just simple children colored pencil, but I find most of them are to hard, which leads to them not blending well. There is chalk pencils , which are alright to use if you use them with the regular chalk sticks. The water color pencil are good to use blending better wet then dry. My favorite is the oil colored pencils, which are hard to find in my area. I was wondering if any one would know a brand that blend really well, are cheap and you can find on line?
