I recently reinstalled my operating system but after that I tried to install my network card, I tried to view my ip and mac address, I have no ip address and mac address and stated that my network is disconnected, but when I check on the device manager I have my network card correctly installed??? what can I do to get back my mac address and connect to internet??? pls. help me!
