I have plans, a lot of plans, and very big dream. But to start with this, I need to find a job to can save some money which is going to help with my plans and dream. The point is, that I can't even find a job! I'm 20 now, and I've been looking for a job since I've turned 18, but I couldn't find anything, I mean, nothing. I don't know if is just bad luck or myself. My mom says that I'm a very tough, negative, pessimistic and antisocial girl and that's one of the main reasons of my luck, but I haven't been this way before, this really bad luck and having hundreds of job interviews without any sucess have turned me into the person that I'm now. I cry very often and I think that I'll never be the person I want to be in life and for what I am preparing myself. I have this dream since I was 10 maybe, and when I turned 18 and started seeking for a job, I decided to never give up until my dream is fulfilled. But now I'm giving up, and I don't want this. I hate psychologists, they're not helpful at all, so I expect some of your thoughts and real experiences or failures. What do you think is the right attitude or attitudes to be a sucessful person? What do you think is the right attitude or attitudes to impress a people in a job interview? Thanks for sharing!

Look girl you are very young, and in this time it is much harder to find a job then it was in my time. And even in my time it was hard. The only tip that I can give you is :Go everyday infront of the mirrow look at you,and believe in you. After a bad time it follows everytime a good time.It might dont be tomorrow or next week But never stop believing in yourself

I agree. When you stop believing in yourself, everything towards that success you are hoping for stops too.

I know it's hard, I'm young yet. But there's always opportunities for people with my age, just they don't come to me... You're right I have to believe in me, my mom always says the same, believe in you and be confident, it's a bit harder though.

hi millefeuille, so you're on the job hunt..if you want to successful dear girl you should act like you want it..think POSITIVE! the very moment you step into that room with your interviewer, mind set your mind that you're going to own this! that the person will be impressed with you and will like you. your actions, especially your confidence and warmth in dealing with your future employer will send positive signals to the other side... stay relax, and answer your future employer according to what you could offer to them,.. in other words, SELL yourself..there's no more disappointing and more annoying than tryng to act as if you know something but actually know nothing.. inter viewers have radars for this kind of stuff.. so think POSITIVE!

This is all that I've never did in a job interview. I never stay relaxed in a job interview, I'm always scared and thinking: surely there are better people than me, why they're going to hire me? You know... And for the jobs that I'm pretty sure that I'm almost a professional, that is beauty, skincare and makeup sales girl/advicer they're only of 24+ women. But I have to think positive as you said, and try to find a way to get one of these jobs. All your question is very helpful :)

The best thing you should remember about life is sh!t happens. Sometimes, when you think you've got everything figured out, somethings go wrong until you realize that your plan is already ruined. Always thinking like this gives you room to maneuver. You'll always think about plan B's, or even up to plan C's just to get the result that you want. With regards to your inquiry about interviews, you should keep yourself looking confident and believe you are more than qualified for the job.

I can relate to you. I have always been a big dreamer. I used to tell myself, why limit my dreams? As I grow old, I realize that going for success is really a tough road. You can reach that goal, but don't restrict yourself with how you dreamed of it, how you wanted things to happen. Well, when I did try to have things my way, I ended up wasting 6 years, and that is my biggest regret. Identifying a specific attitude is actually not easy, but I think if you can stay focused, hardworking, and positive, it'll help. No matter what, try to find ways to reach that success you are aiming for. If you can dream of it, plan it, you can definitely get it. The question is, are you ready to take on the challenges life is going to throw your way? Convince yourself that you can, have a confidence in yourself! :)

I'm always saying the same! Why to limit my dreams? If others can why not me too! I know that's a tough road, many people tell me: this is hard don't expect having what you want so fast. But I don't, that's why I'm looking for a job, is the first step, then I still have a long and tough journey. But if can't even find a job, probably is going to be harder than I thought or I won't get anything. You're right, I need to be more confident, but I have to work hard on my confidence

Be optimistic in everything that you do and everything that comes along. Avoid always complaining and instead do whatever is needed to overcome frustrations. You're so young and a lot of things and opportunities would still come your way making the right decision and correct perspective in life would lead to you to a more satisfied life in the future. Don't be in a hurry to fulfill all your dreams some may come some may not just stay positive and be grateful of what you have and what you may have in the future. Good luck and hope to hear more from you.

I know that I have to be positive and optimistic, maybe putting a smile after a frustation and keep my way. Probably I want some things in a hurry, but is because for some reason I feel that my time is running out, I'm not 18 anymore, I'm already 20, or my mom and dad's time is running out and I won't give to them all that I've dreamed. But maybe I just should stay relaxed and positive. Thanks!

You said your age is 20, that is still a very young age... achieving your dreams is just starting for you. It is alright to have failed because no one is perfect, just learn from your mistakes to prevent it to happen next time. If you try to look around you there were other people experiencing more problem compared to you. The first thing you could do for yourself is to love yourself and then believe in yourself. Take things one step at a time. I hope this very comment of mine help you... just keep learning.

Hi,millefeuille,,come on,don't be so upset..Don't let the others look down upon you...they don't accept you, they reject you, what does it matter?..there definitely something waiting for you to do ,just for you...^^and 20 years old,,oh ,GOD,you are so young...successful life? success is a very faint notion for most of us...Do the thing you think right and you want to do ,never make yourself reggret in the future, that's a wonderful life, for you...^^ so this is my attitude toward the life...

A positive attitude is a good start at being successful in life. we can all see achieving success in different ways. i think if we look at things in a negative way there is more of a chance that we will give up on our dreams.
