when was the last time you felt burned out? what did you do and why do you think you got burned out? I am feeling such lately and i know that the main factor was my work. the stress is not limited to the amount of work i was given alone, another factor was the stress i get from people who does not help but adds burden and my boss tolerates the attitude of that person knowing she is just slacking off pretending to be busy... im just waiting though... i will be leaving the company in a month. so i guess from then id have none of that stress... hehe

The last time I felt burned out?.... right now. It is the end of night 4 of my 7 graveyard shifts. That alone will do it to ya. I had an argument this week with a good friend and we are now no longer friends. I've lost a little sleep over it. I've been sick so that doesn't help, and i'm starting to discover there are changes in my life I would like to make like job, adding another car, and moving. I have been in my field for 10 years and even though I love it for the most part and love working with most of the people I do... I'm just burned out on it. It's not as exciting to me anymore. Add coming home to clean and getting kids off to school and there you go.. burned out= me.

Yes i do burnt last week because on that day morning i woke up early and it was all ready late and cab driver had called me twice and waiting for me out side. At the same time i was not having any kind of shirts, i was having but it has to be iron before wearing them. So i started ironing my shirt. But in a hurry i burnt my left hand forefinger so then i got little bit pain but i was all ready too late so i went to the office. When i came back home then i applied ointment but it was too late and it still have little bit pain and unable to type fast.

Oh gosh I have had the feeling of being burnt out for quite sometime. I have been muddling through to defeat it. Normally to rid of such feeling one should relax and I am the opposite. I cannot relax when I am stressed out because it makes me that much more to think and feel even more stressed. One of the reasons why I am very active in myLot is because it allows me to release and relax. I have several offline issues that are causing my stress and because they are beyond my control, I am learning to just allow them to work themselves out. Normally I would add to the burden by trying to tackle them, and for the first time I am trying to take deep breaths and allow them to work out on their own. I see you will be leaving the company, best of luck to you and hope you can feel more relaxed thereafter. Glad to hear that this leave will allow you to get off the burnt road. In the meantime prior to your departure, try and hang and continuing to remember that the end of that road is almost over.

I was on my way to reach exhaustion last week. When I pushed myself to do things while my body was desperately crying out saying stop by I gving black outs in my mind. The brain shuts off for a few seconds. I felt like someone had suck out my brain I felt empty in my mind I could not think clearly. I had to laid down on my bed for at least 30 minutes. I have to make a daily plan on what priorities I will put my energy on. When I am truely listening to my body and do half of what I want to do I can stay away from feeling burnt out. The result is that it takes the double time for me to do what most other people do in a bit. I've run into the wall several times. I have to patiently accept the longer process to accomplish things.
