In the present time we are all to much busy with our works. We do not have any time to look into our health. But in spite of that we have to working out to keep our good health. I think a healthy people can overcome his all obstacle easily. so think that every body should keep them healthy and fit. I think 30 minutes to 1 hour for working out is enough for our health. Ill health people never success in their life. If we working out every day we can prevent many disease which can helps us to lead a normal life. I think working out is very necessary for the people who are suffering from diabetes because it helps to control the sugar level in our blood.

at least you can do some stretching exercise and some 10-20 push ups and chin ups everyday to maintain your health and more exercise as you get time
