Years ago i met my hubby on the internet. 3 weeks went over till we could see us the first time. We wrote everyday but he missed it to tell me that he is deff. But believe it or not he is the greatest listener I ever met. Thank you for that hon. Do you know someone who is deff but you like to be together cause he is a great listener?

One of my co-workers, Rick, is deaf. I grew up being around him since elementary school, and we're now in our early 20's. Of all the people I have ever met, Rick is one of the most enlightening, entertaining, and encouraging people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. He never lets anything bring him down and it seems like he's always smiling. I should really take a page out of his book, because even though he can't hear, he sure is a great listener.

That really proves how your qualities and capacities are important in a person. What you are for someone can really mean the whole world. I'm happily grateful for both of you. Have many fortunate years with good things in every area of your lives.

Hi, I was born deaf, and I have been deaf all my life. But I haven't had much luck in meeting other deaf people because not many of them are around here.
