Although I exercise daily and eat very healthy, I can complain daily about stomach pains, back pains and headaches on a daily basis. I often wonder what is going on because I eat right and am always conscious about being healthy.
So can't figure out why I get so many achy feelings daily, maybe I am getting old..lol

I just wish you speedy recovery from your pain. As for myself, touch wood, I feel healthy and nice most of the days. Its rarely that I fall sick except the occasional headaches and tiredness but otherwise, I’m just fine.

I feel pretty healthy. Though I'm sure my Dr would say the usual loose weight but hey I'm not on any meds despite my weight Though my knees bug me and my lower back on and off which could be weight or arthritus. Arthritus runs in the family so it's possible though my Dr is one of those who says your too young, it's just how a womans knees are built.

I can't remember the last time being really healthy, thanks to getting old day by day. It's not that I am particularly sick but I always felt tired. I tried to eat right and exercise regularly, still, when you're getting older your body will show *sigh* Well it's a part of life process I guess.
