I want to do that but I'm quite the acidic type so I refrain from drinking too much juices a day. I usually drink wheatgrass or banaba tea to help control my blood sugar and so that my body will burn fats more instead of the calories. I do agree with avoiding of fatty foods and fast foods.

First, that one is hard to do. Second, that doesn't seem to be healthy. I'd probably find myself shaking from hunger if I do that. Crash diets are really bad, our bodies need a certain number of calories per day, of the right kind of food. True that losing weight is what everybody wants, but starving oneself is never a solution. Personally when I want to lose weight I go on a no-meat diet. Well, I still eat fish, but not chicken, pork, or beef. And of course exercise is important. I live a rather sedentary life so I try my very best to jog in the mornings.

Thanks!
I wonder if we can somehow 'trick' our bodies into doing that.

This is not a healthy choice. You need to take in protein, carbs, fruit, vegetables and dairy in order to have balanced diet.
The weight you are losing is likely not fat; it's likely water weight.
Regular exercise and a healthy diet will help you lose weight.
Furthermore, grape juice has a lot of sugar in it, which turns into fat.
