I am totally exhausted right now for a long day of walk from my house to the mall and from mall to my house, but that is not an excuse to remove my weekend ab workout so I will be going to do those crunches with weights, bicycle with weights and planks, it will be 3 sets and 8 reps for each exercises. I know I will feel more energized after. I know that this is only a mental fatigue and i need to fight this one head on. I will be back.

Hi,there!
Well,it's a good thing to be determined and persistent when it comes to stay fit. Many people set up their resolutions yet never accomplish them.Don't overdo it though.Too much exercise may not be beneficial to your health.I mean, you have walked a long way and it's a kind of exercises as well. When you feel exhaused,it may be a better choice to relax for a while. My PE teacher once said some just overdo it and at the end they don't feel better at all.
Anyway,hope you will stay fit.

Yeah i know, don't worry about it. besides I treat walking as part of cardio and not a workout. I know one thing about that, and I am trying not to overtrain myself. and besides It is how you adapt in this kind of exercises. Anyway stay in shape and good luck!

I agree with both of you over training is ain't good and "walking as part of cardio and not a workout"
I just wanna add that if you working on your belly, abs, you should work on your back to, so you will have Balance. It is very important to have balance in the sides of the body especially at the back and belly, cause it keep all you body in balance, neutral position :)
Keep going, rest don't give up and feel the best
