Staying healthy is an easy thing if you understand the right reasons behind it. It has been said that we should love our body, thus we should be taking care of it. So, first is eating right amount of proper foods appropriate for us. We don't have to eat less or diet because if you still feel hungry, that'll make you sick too. Of course we should be able to control the amount because if we eat too much as if we're bloating, it will also make our bodies weaker. While doing that, it is also important to feel right and think right. Even if have reached our ideal body if we don't feel right, we won't ever be happy about ourselves. Staying healthy starts within.

I agree with what you said here. You know, those things were all taught by our teachers when we were in elementary school. We all knew that. We just forgot them because of our busy life. Thanks for reminding us!

Welcome to mylot. Being healthy is really difficult specially if you're living in an environment that does not offer that much. Fast food chains and other ready to eat meals do dominate our community right now. Discipline will play an important role in saying healthy, eat everything in moderation and be conscious of what we eat all the time without depriving ourselves of what we really want and crave. Anything in excess is bad specially in foods.

Hi Vannyt! =) In case of city life, being busy always do take less time to choose right foods. I do agree that Discipline is a major thing. If you have it in you, no matter where you are, you can control the situations to your advantage. Even if you eat in fastfoods, choosing the right amount that satisfies you is okay. That's why I go to market or groceries when food supplies run out. This is to give me time and planning on the foods I want to eat and share with my family. Thanks for responding!
