AlertPay dispute procedure

Could any of you please tell me the procedure to file dispute in AP against a PTC site? The link given in my AP account is not working and the page is not available. Please give me the link to file the dispute and procedure to win there.One of my PTC stopped paying for about 15 days. I lost the hope in that site and I may get at least $50.00 of my investment if I file a dispute. Please guide me

If the given link into your account doesn't work..just go into their Help Desk section and open the ticket..choose dispute/charge back and follow the process..Alertpay act really fast on all the dispute like Paypal do and i hope you will get your investment back.
