I have a bad health management, and I have decided, time to change it! And I was kinda hoping you have a few tips you can share...?
I am on night shift, and also a workaholic. I don't usually go out, my permanent daily route is home-work, work-home.
I do about 15-30 mins of basic exercises like jumping jacks, stationary jog. My problem is that I eat when I'm hungry. I am planning to take the fruit shake program, but instead of taking only that, I want to start by taking it to replace junk foods and my sweet faves (ice cream, cake, sodas).
What do you think I can do? Thanks in advance!

First it is a good start to talk her and want to make a change
I would advise you to good out side for a walk at the Beginning.
It sound like you are spending a lot of time at home, to go out side is good for your vitamin D for your mind and soul :)
Junk food is really ain't good to any body, try eat some salad instead.
And if you wanna burn fat slow running, jogging, is one of the best ways..
Enjoy your life and don't stop asking

Yeah, my shift is from 9pm to 6am, so by the time I get home the sun is already high. So I don't really have much time to go out. I have Sundays for that though. :P
I'll try salad, I totally forgot about that, hehe, and yes I'll also go for jogging.
Thanks for your response! :)
